CIGNA Behavioral Health provides the Employee Assistance Program (EAP) and Mental Health/Substance Abuse portion of your health care benefits.

The EAP offers access to licensed mental health professionals through a confidential program that is protected by State and Federal Laws and allows for up to five confidential short-term therapy sessions at no cost to you. This program is available to all active employees and all dependents living in the household, regardless if they are covered on your health insurance plan.

The EAP offers assistance for a wide variety of personal and work-related issues such as:

Parenting & Child Care
Aging and Eldercare
Critical Incident stress debriefing
Marriage Counseling
Mental health assessment & counseling
Employee Wellness

Legal Services (not related to work or employment issues)
